Reaction Steps
In analogy to example 10, step 3, N-[5-(3-methanesulfonyl-phenyl)-thiophen-2-ylmethyl]-2-trifluoromethyl-benzenesulfonamide (example 27, step 1) was reacted with isobutyl iodide and cesium carbonate in N,N-dimethylacetamide to give N-isobutyl-N-[5-(3-methanesulfonyl-phenyl)-thiophen-2-ylmethyl]-2-trifluoromethyl-benzenesulfonamide as a colorless solid. MS: 548.8 ([M+NH4]+)
