In analogy to example 25, isobutyl-[5-(3-methanesulfonyl-phenyl)-thiophen-2-ylmethyl]-amine (example 15, step 2) was reacted with cyclohexyl-methane-sulfonylchloride and dimethylketene-methyltrimethylsilylacetal in dichloromethane to give C-cyclohexyl-N-isobutyl-N-[5-(3-methanesulfonyl-phenyl)-thiophen-2-ylmethyl]-methanesulfonamide as an off-white solid. MS: 500.9 ([M+NH4]+)
