(2S,4S)-1-BOC-4-[acetyl(4,4-dimethylcyclohexyl)amino]-2-[(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)carbonyl]pyrrolidine (1.06 g, 2.28 mmol) obtained in Step D was dissolved in DCM (1 mL) and 4M HCl (1 mL) was added dropwise thereto. After the reaction solution was stirred at room temperature for 1 hour, the solution was concentrated in vacuo. The residue was concentrated in vacuo to give the title compound (830 mg, 99.8%).
