1-BOC-(3R,4S)-3-(4-chlorophenyl)-4-({(2S,4S)-4-{(4,4-dimethylcyclohexyl)[(2S)-tetrahydrofuran-2-ylcarbonyl]amino}-2-[(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)carbonyl]pyrrolidin-1-yl}carbonyl)pyrrolidine (1.33 g, 1.83 mmol) obtained in Step A was dissolved in DCM (1 mL) and 4 M HCl (1 mL) was added dropwise thereto. The reaction solution was stirred for 1 hour at room temperature and concentrated in vacuo to give the title compound (1.14 g, 99.8%).
