Following the procedure in Example 1, Step 4, using [3-(4-fluoro-phenoxy)-benzyl]-phosphonic acid diethyl ester (1.2 g, 3.5 mmol) (Step 1) and 4-oxo-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (707 mg, 3.55 mmol) yielded the title compound (1.05 g).
