The title compound was prepared using the procedure described in Example 246 substituting 2-(3,3-bis(4-fluorophenyl)-2-oxopyrrolidin-1-yl)acetic acid from Example 58D for 2-(2-oxo-3,3-diphenylpyrrolidin-1-yl)acetic acid and 6-aminonicotinonitrile for 5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-2-amine. 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ ppm 8.55 (s, 2H), 8.25 (d, J=8.7, 1H), 7.93 (dd, J=2.1, 8.7, 1H), 7.43-7.22 (m, 4H), 7.07-6.98 (m, 4H), 4.21 (s, 2H), 3.55 (t, J=6.5, 2H), 2.83 (t, J=6.5, 2H); MS (DCI) m/z 433.0 (M+H)+.
