Reaction Steps
To 8E (72 mg, 0.23 mmol) in MeOH (6 mL) was added Pd/C (cat.) and the mixture was hydrogenated at 55 psi overnight. The reaction was filtered and concentrated to provide 8F (65 mg, 99%). LC-MS: 303.22 (M+Na)+.
