Procedure
A solution of 2-chloro-4-morpholin-4-yl-6,7-dihydro-5H-cyclopentapyrimidine (0.53 g, 2.8 mmol) and 1-(4-amino-phenyl)-cyclobutanecarboxylic acid methyl ester (0.57 g, 2.8 mmol) in anhydrous isopropanol (10 mL) was stirred under reflux for 18 hours. After cooling to a temperature in the range of 25° C. to 40° C., the mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure. The crude residue was purified by column chromatography (silica gel) to afford the title compound as a white solid (0.24 g, 27% yield).
