The general procedure described in Example 31 was followed using 2-amino-4-methoxy-3-methyl benzamide as benzamide derivative [A] and acetic acid chloride as acid chloride [B], which gave the title compound (2.2 g, 100%). 1H-NMR DMSO-D6 δ 1.2 (m, 3H), 2.38 (s, 3H), 2.6 (m, 2H), 3.90 (s, 3H), 7.18 (d, 2H), 7.96 (d, 2H), 11.88 (s, 1H).
