Procedure
0.286 g of 19 (0.934 mmol) is taken up in a 50 mL round-bottomed flask and 7 mL of dioxane and 7 mL of a solution of hydrochloric acid in dioxane (4M) are added. The medium is stirred overnight at RT under argon. After evaporation of the solvent, the residue is taken up in 1 mL of CH2Cl2 and 10 mL of isopropyl ether. The solid formed is drained and dried under vacuum. 185 mg of expected product 20 (white solid) are thus recovered.
