Reaction Steps
Intermediate 14a was prepared in analogy to GP 9 by reaction of Intermediate 14 (500 mg (1.16 mmol) to give, aside a larger quantity of the corresponding 4-ethoxypyrimidine, 14 mg (3%) of the desired product.
