To a solution of 62.9 (64 mg, 0.13 mmol) in 3:1 THF/MeOH (2.8 mL) was added 1N LiOH (0.7 mL). The mixture was stirred for 1 Hour at room temperature, quenched with 1N HCl (0.8 mL), and extracted with EtOAc. The combined organics were washed with water and brine, dried (Na2SO4), and concentrated to afford 62 (45 mg, 70%) as an off-white solid. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.29 (d, 1H), 7.65 (d, 2H), 7.60 (d, 2H), 7.20 (d, 2H), 7.15 (s, 1H), 6.95 (d, 2H), 6.07 (d, 1H), 5.10 (s, 2H), 4.55 (t, 1H) 3.35 (dd, 1H), 2.98 (dd, 1H), 2.28 (s, 3H).
