Reaction Steps
3-Methoxy-2,2-dimethyl-1-[2-(3,4,5-trimethoxy-phenyl)-5H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrazin-7-yl]-propan-1-one was prepared starting from 7-iodo-5-triisopropylsilanyl-2-(3,4,5-trimethoxy-phenyl)-5H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrazine and 3,N-dimethoxy-2,2,N-trimethyl-propionamide following general procedures as described in these Examples, to afford a pale yellow solid. M+H=400.
