Reaction Steps
In analogy to the procedure described in example 7.2, [rac]-4-{[2-(4-chloro-phenyl)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-2H-indazol-3-yl]-cyclohexyl-methoxymethyl}-benzoic acid ethyl ester was treated with 1 N aqueous lithium hydroxide solution in THF and MeOH to give the title compound as off-white solid. MS: m/e=479.3 [M+H+].
