Reaction Steps
In analogy to the procedure described in example 7.2, [rac]-1-(4-{2-[2-(4-chloro-phenyl)-2H-indazol-3-yl]-2-cyclohexyl-ethoxy}-phenoxy)-cyclopropanecarboxylic acid methyl ester was treated with 1 N aqueous lithium hydroxide solution in THF and MeOH to give the title compound as yellow oil. MS: m/e=533.2 [M−H−].
