To a solution of 26-1 (0.05 g, 0.1 mmol) in DMSO (1 ml) was added pyrrolidine. The solution was heated at 150° C. for 30 min. The reaction mixture was purified using reverse phase HPLC. The residue was dissolved in MeOH (0.5 ml) and was treated with 1N HCl (0.4 ml). The reaction mixture was stirred at 35° C. for 1 day. Solvent removal afforded the desired product 26-2 as a solid.
