To a r.t. solution of bromide from Step 9 (166 mg, 0.35 mmol) in 4 mL DMF was added NaH2PO4H2O (138 mg, 1 mmol) followed by NaCN (49 mg, 1 mmol) and the resulting mixture was warmed to 75° C. for 2 h. After diluting with excess H2O, the mixture was extracted with Et2O. The organic layer was washed with brine, dried over MgSO4 and evaporated to provide 144 mg of the title compound.
