Procedure
A solution of 1-(3,4-dichlorobenzyl)-3-(4-(chloromethyl)thiazol-2-yl)urea and excess methylamine (2.0 M solution in tetrahydrofuran) was heated for 15 minutes at 60° C. under microwave irradiation. The volatiles were removed in vacuo and the product was purified by column chromatography (DCM/0-15% NH3 saturated MeOH) to afford the title compound.
