Reaction Steps
6-Methoxy-3-methyl-pyridazine-4-carboxylic acid {2-[3-(3-fluoro-benzyl)-ureido]-thiazol-4-ylmethyl}-methyl-amide was dissolved in DCM and treated with an excess of BBr3 at room temperature for a couple of hours. Column chromatography afforded the title product.
