Procedure

In analogy to example 1c, 100 mg (0.735 mmol) of isoxazolo[5,4-b]pyridin-3-ol were reacted with 112.2 mg (0.88 mmol) of 1-isocyanatohexane in THF at RT. Yield: 100 mg (52%), M+H+: 264.1.
