7-Amino-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-benzo[c]azepin-1-one (21 mg, 0.12 mmol) and 2-(2,5-dichloro-pyrimidin-4-ylamino)-N-methyl-benzamide (36 mg, 0.12 mmol) were suspended in 2-methoxyethanol (1 ml), and heated to 120° C. for 5 hours. Concentration afforded a yellow solid. Preparative TLC (5% MeOH/CH2Cl2) gave the title compound the desired as a white solid, 13 mg. (25% yield) 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 11.59 (s, 1H), 9.68 (s, 1H), 8.68-8.77 (m, 2H), 8.30 (s, 1H), 7.80-7.86 (m, 1H), 7.71-7.78 (m, 1H), 7.59 (s, 2H), 7.43-7.51 (m, 1H), 7.34-7.39 (m, 1H), 7.12-7.18 (m, 1H), 2.85-2.97 (m, 2H), 2.79 (s, 3H), 2.60-2.71 (m, 2H), 1.80-1.90 (m, 2H); MS (m/e) 437 (M+1).
