Procedure

2-{5-Chloro-2-[3-(2-methoxy-ethyl)-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-benzo[d]azepin-7-ylamino]-pyrimidin-4-ylamino}-N-(2-methoxy-ethyl)-benzamide was prepared from 2-{5-chloro-2-[3-(2-methoxy-ethyl)-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-benzo[d]azepin-7-ylamino]-pyrimidin-4-ylamino}-benzoic acid ethyl ester and 2-methoxyethylamine in an analogous manner to Example 1396. Product isolated as a yellow foam (19 mg, 33%). LCMS (m/e) 525 (M+H); 1H-NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz) δ 11.07 (s, 1H), 6.67 (d, 1H, J=8.4 Hz), 8.09 (s, 1H), 7.54 (d, 1H, J=7.8 Hz), 7.50-7.40 (m, 1H), 7.37 (s, 1H), 7.30-7.22 (m, 1H), 7.15-7.0 (m, 3H), 6.70-6.61 (m, 1H), 3.72-3.65 (m, 2H), 3.62-3.55 (m, 4H), 3.41 (s, 3H), 3.38 (s, 1H), 2.99-2.88 (m, 4H), 2.84-2.73 (m, 6H).
