In analogy to the procedure described in example 2.2, 4-[3-cyclohexyl-3-(2-phenyl-2H-indazol-3-yl)-ureido]-3-methyl-benzoic acid methyl ester was treated with 1 N aqueous lithium hydroxide solution in THF/MeOH 1/1 for 14 h at ambient temperature to give the title compound as off-white solid. MS: m/e=469.4 [M+H+].
