Reaction Steps
In analogy to the procedure described in example 1.2, [2-(4-chloro-phenyl)-2H-indazol-3-yl]-(2-methoxy-ethyl)-amine was reacted with cyclohexylisocyanate ([3173-53-3]) in toluene for 3 days under reflux conditions to give the title compound as brown foam. MS: m/e=427.4 [M+H+].
