In analogy to the procedure described in example 4.1, a mixture of 3,5-dichloro-2-(4-chloro-phenyl)-2H-indazole and 3-chloro-2-(4-chloro-phenyl)-2H-indazole was reacted with 3-ethoxy-phenylamine ([621-33-0]) in N-methyl 2-pyrrolidone for 4 d at 175° C. in a sealed tube to give the title compound after purification by column chromatography (silica gel, iPrOAc/heptane) as yellow foam. MS: m/e=398.1 [M+H+].
