Treat a solution of (R)-3′,5′-dichloro-4′-(1-morpholin-4-yl-2-oxo-pyrrolidin-3-ylmethyl)-biphenyl-4-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (0.15 g) in dichloromethane (5 mL) with TFA (1 mL) and stir the reaction at room temperature for 12 hours. Remove the solvent and excess TFA in vacuo to afford 0.165 g (98%) of the title compound. MS (m/z): 449 (M+).
