The title compound was prepared using General method A starting from (2R)-2-[(2-amino-5-mercapto[1,3]thiazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidin-7-yl)(methyl)amino]pentan-1-ol (96 mg, 0.32 mmol) and 2-chloro-5-[(1R)-1-chloroethyl]pyridine (85 mg, 0.48 mmol). Purification by flash column chromatography (eluent DCM:ethyl acetate) yielded 22 mg (16% yield) of the title compound.
