The title compound was prepared using General Method A starting from (2R)-2-[(2-amino-5-mercapto[1,3]thiazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidin-7-yl)amino]pentan-1-ol (70 mg, 0.245 mmol) and 2-chloro-5-[(1R)-1-chloroethyl]pyridine (Example 6b, 52 mg, 0.29 mmol). Purification by preparative HPLC yielded 23 mg (22% yield) of the title compound.
