Reaction Steps
Prepared from tert-butyl-(2-isothiocyanato-5-nitro-benzyloxy)-dimethyl-silane (Example C1) (3.894 g, 12.0 mmol; HPLC: 4.446 min) and (R)-1-aminotetralin (CAS 21966-60-9) (1.767 g, 12.0 mmol; HPLC: 0.390 min) according to the procedure described for Example 1. Obtained the title compound as a yellow foam (3.11 g, 80%, HPLC 2.211 min), MS (ISP) m/e=324.2 [(M+H)+].
