Reaction Steps
Prepared from tert-butyl-(2-isothiocyanato-5-nitro-benzyloxy)-dimethyl-silane (Example C1) (1.95 g, 6.0 mmol; HPLC: 4.446 min) and 2-phenoxyethylamine (CAS 1758-46-9) (807 mg, 6.0 mmol; HPLC: 0.381 min) according to the procedure described for Example 1. Obtained the title compound as a yellow solid (1.80 g, 96%, HPLC 1.789 min), MS (ISP) m/e=314.0 [(M+H)+].
