Reaction Steps
Prepared from tert-butyl-(2-isothiocyanato-5-nitro-benzyloxy)-dimethyl-silane (Example C1) (4.0 g, 12 mmol) and cyclooctylamine (1.6 g, 12 mmol) according to the procedure described for Example 1. Obtained the title compound as a yellow viscous oil (3.2 g, 83%), MS (ISP) m/e=304.1 [(M+H)+].
