Procedure

(2S,4R)-4-(2-trifluoromethyl-benzenesulfonyl)-pyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid cyanomethyl-amide hydrochloride from experiment K2 was coupled with 1-methylpiperidine-4-carboxylic acid in analogy to experiment A1 to give (2S,4R)-1-(1-methyl-piperidine-4-carbonyl)-4-(2-trifluoromethyl-benzenesulfonyl)-pyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid cyanomethyl-amide; salt with formic acid as a colorless oil. MS: 487.3 [M+H]+.
