Procedure
(2S,4R)-4-(2-chloro-benzenesulfonyl)-pyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid (1-cyano-cyclopropyl)-amide hydrochloride from experiment K4 was acylated with 4-fluorophenyl chloroformate in analogy to experiment L21 to give (2S,4R)-4-(2-chloro-benzenesulfonyl)-2-(1-cyano-cyclopropylcarbamoyl)-pyrrolidine-1-carboxylic acid 4-fluoro-phenyl ester as a colorless oil. MS: 492.1 [M+H]+.
