Procedure

In analogy to the procedure described in example 409b, (2S,4R)-4-mercapto-pyrrolidine-1,2-dicarboxylic acid 1-tert-butyl ester 2-methyl ester (example 409a) was reacted with cyclopropylmethyl bromide (CAS Reg. No. 7051-34-5) to give the title compound as colorless liquid. MS (ESI): m/z=316.2 [M+H]+.
