Reaction Steps
In analogy to the procedure described in example 192f, (2S,4R)-4-cyclopropylmethanesulfonyl-pyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester trifluoroacetate was reacted with tert-butyl acetoacetate in the presence of triethylamine to give the title compound as brown solid. MS (ESI): m/z=332.2 [M+H]+.
