A solution of 1-(4-(7-(((R)-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl)methyl)-4-((S)-3-methylmorpholino)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropyrido[3,4-d]pyrimidin-2-yl)phenyl)-3-ethylurea (jz) (50 mg, 0.10 mmol), 1 N HCl (0.20 mL, 0.2 mmol) and water (0.5 mL) was maintained at rt for 24 h. The mixture was purified by RPHPLC to afford 28 mg (60%) of the title compound ka as a colorless solid: LC-MS: m/z=+471 (M+H)+.
