Reaction Steps

Following the procedures described above for the synthesis of compound 8a (Example 1, scheme 1) but replacing dimethyl amine with tert-butyl 2-aminoethyl(methyl)carbamate, title compound 138 was obtained (13%). LRMS (M+1) 638.2 (100%).
