A mixture of 282 (248 mg, 0.80 mmol) and 2-phenylacetyl isothiocyanate (214 mg, 1.20 mmol) in THF (8 mL) was stirred for 2 hours, and concentrated. The residue was purified by flash column chromatography, eluent EtOAc/hexane (3:7), to afford title compound 283 (200 mg, 52% yield) as an off-white solid. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ (ppm): 12.42 (s, 1H), 11.80(s, 1H), 8.63 (s, 1H), 7.85(d, 1H), 7.54-7.44 (m, 3H), 7.35 (m, 4H), 7.30 (m, 1H), 3.81 (s, 2H), MS (m/z): 485.1 (M+H) (found).
