PROCEDURE

实验过程

A solution of tert-butyl N-(2-hydroxybiphenyl-4-yl-methyl)carbamate (0.30 g), benzyl N-(3-hydroxypropyl)-carbamate (0.273 g) and triphenylphosphine (0.342 g) in tetrahydrofuran (4.0 mL) was stirred at 50° C. for 30 minutes. Then diisopropyl azodicarboxylate (40% toluene solution, 0.701 mL) was added dropwise, and the resulting mixture was stirred at50° C. for 3 hours. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by column chromatography on silica gel (eluent: hexane/ethylacetate=3/1) to give the title compound (0.750 g).
