PROCEDURE

实验过程

A mixture of Example 176B (90 mg, 0.16 mmol) in acetone (9 mL) and water (1 mL) was treated with p-toluenesulfonic acid (5 mg, 0.016 mmol) then stirred for 30 minutes. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure then the residue was partitioned between dichloromethane and water. The organic layer was concentrated and the residue was purified by flash chromatography on silica gel to provide the desired product (77 mg). 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 400 MHz) δ 9.67 (d, 1H), 9.52 (s, 1H), 8.34 (s, 1H), 8.03 (d, 1H), 7.91 (d, 1H), 7.75 (s, 1H), 7.75 (s, 1H), 7.70 (d, 1H), 7.32 (m, 2H), 7.25 (s, 1H), 7.10 (m, 3H), 6.69 (m, 1H), 4.04 (s, 3H), 3.92 (s, 3H); MS m/e 483.3.
