A solution of the foregoing product from Step 2 in MeOH (0.1 M) containing palladium on charcoal (10%, w/w) was stirred under hydrogen at atmospheric pressure for 4 h. The catalyst was filtered off and the solution was concentrated to dryness under reduced pressure to afford the title compound (92%) MS (ES+) m/z 405 (M+H)+.
