According to the synthesis of N-Trans(4-{2-[4-(4-Fluoro-phenoxy)-piperidin-1-yl]-ethyl}-cyclohexyl)-acetamide (example 8), the title compound was prepared from Trans 2-{1-[2-(4-Amino-cyclohexyl)-ethyl]-piperidin-4-yloxy}-5-fluoro-benzonitrile; trifluoroacetic acid salt and acetylchloride MS (m/e): 381.3 (M+H+).
