Reaction Steps
Compound D3 (0.068 g, 0.10 mmol) was dissolved in CH2Cl2 (1 mL) and the sol. was cooled to 0° C. 4M HCl in dioxane (1 mL) was added and the reaction mixture was stirred for 1 h at rt. The solvents were evaporated under reduced pressure. Purification of the residue by HPLC yielded the title compound (37 mg, 63%). LC-MS: tR=0.95 min, ES+=581.44.
