To a solution of tert-butyl [2-({[5-(5-fluoropentyl)-1-(4-{[(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)amino]carbonyl}phenyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]carbonyl}amino)ethyl]carbamate (0.86 g) obtained in Example 219 in ethyl acetate (10 ml) was added 4N hydrochloric acid/ethyl acetate solution (10 ml), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure, diisopropyl ether was added to the obtained residue, and the resultant precipitate was collected by filtration to give the title compound as a white powder (0.76 g, 99%).
