N-Cyclopropyl-1-{4-[(ethylamino)carbonyl]phenyl}-5-[(E)-2-(1-trityl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)vinyl]-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxamide (910 mg) obtained in Example 325a) was dissolved in trifluoroacetic acid (5 ml), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 30 min. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure, and the obtained residue was triturated with water to give the title compound as a white powder (470 mg).
