Reaction Steps
A solution of example 673A (550 mg, 1.64 mmol) in CHCl3 (5 mL) was treated with SOCl2 (5 mL), stirred at room temperature for 3 hours then concentrated to give the title compound. MS (ESI(+)) m/e 352.7, 354.7 (M+H)+.
