(4-[(Cyclopropylamino)carbonyl]-1-{4-[(ethylamino)carbonyl]phenyl}-1H-1,2,3-triazol-5-yl)propyl methanesulfonate (1.31 g, 3 mmol) obtained in Example 1201a) and potassium 1,3-dioxo-1,3-dihydroisoindol-2-ide (556 mg, 3 mmol, 1.0 eq.) were dissolved in DMF (20 ml) and the mixture was stirred at 60° C. for 3 hr. The reaction mixture was diluted with water (20 ml), and the precipitate was collected by filtration, washed with water and dried to give the title compound as a white powder (1.32 g, 90.4%).
