In an analogous manner to Example 24, 1-{(1S)-2-[(3R)-3-ethyl-4-methylpiperazin-1-yl]-1-[3-(trifluoromethoxy)phenyl]ethylcyclohexanol dihydrochloride was prepared from 1-{(1S)-2-(3-ethylpiperazin-1-yl)-1-[3-(trifluoromethoxy)phenyl]ethyl}cyclohexanol (See Example 350). HRMS: calcd for C22H33F3N2O2+H+, 415.25669; found (ESI, [M+H]+), 415.2563.
