In an analogous manner to Example 1, step 2, 1-{2-[(3R)-3-aminopyrrolidin-1-yl]-1-[3-(trifluoromethoxy)phenyl]ethyl}cyclohexanol dihydrochloride was prepared from tert-butyl((3R)-1-{(1-hydroxycyclohexyl)[3-(trifluoromethoxy)phenyl]acetyl}pyrrolidin-3-yl)carbamate. MS (ESI) m/z 373; HRMS: calcd for C19H27F3N2O2+H+, 373.20974; found (ESI, [M+H]+), 373.2097.
