A solution of Example 230C (40 mg, 0.12 mmol), triethylamine (0.1 mL), and N,N-diethyl-1,3-propanediamine (0.1 mL) in acetonitrile (1.0 mL) was heated to 200° C. for 1 hour on a Personal Chemistry microwave instrument. The mixture was then purified by reverse phase HPLC to provide the desired product (5.8 mg, 10.8%). 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 1.07 (t, 3H), 1.12 (t, 6H), 2.19 (s, 3H), 2.53 (q, 2H), 3.05-3.12 (m, 8H), 6.02 (br s, 1H), 6.62-6.66 (m, 2H), 6.84 (d, 1H), 7.03 (d, 1H), 7.40 (t, 1H), 7.52 (d, 1H), 8.98 (br s, 1H), 9.50 (br s, 1H); MS (ESI(+)) m/e 448 (M+H)+.
